visto che ultimamente sono sorti dubbi preferisco chiarirli:
1) python usa scoping statico
2) il passaggio dei parametri è per reference

quindi se nel tradurre un pezzo di codice da un linguaggio di programmazione a python e runtime il programma non si comporta come desideriamo è moooolto probabile che nn abbiate preso in considerazione uno dei 2 punti di cui sopra
